No Sunset?

Due to the summer solstice (June 21), the sun will not set in areas near the Arctic Circle for several days. Describe what it might be like where it's constantly daytime and never night.

If we lived on the Arctic Circle and it is constantly daytime and never night, it would be like morning all day and night and sunny. You would never know when to come home for dinner. Also, you may get in to trouble for staying out late or not getting home at the right time.

If we lived in the Arctic Circle and it was never night, I would be miserable. You wouldn't be able to sleep because of the constant daylight outside.

If it is never night and always day then I would assume that it would be hard to sleep in the light. I also think that it would be work all day too.

If we lived in the Artic Circle and it was never night, I would be very tired because when it is night it is time to sleep but if there is no sunset you can't sleep.

If it was constantly daytime, I would not enjoy it at all! I would not enjoy because, it will be hard to sleep and I really need sleep. Another reason I would not enjoy it would be, I would not get to look out my window and see the bright stars and moon. That is why I would not enjoy the constant daytime.

If we lived in the arctic circle, I dont think it would be very good for the sun to be up for several days. A reason why is because, how would you know if it were day or night? It would be pretty hard to tell if I were there and there were no objects to tell time like a watch or a clock

If I lived in the Artic Circle, and it was non- stop day time, I would probably freak out. I would freak out because I would think that I got stuck in a certain part of the day. Also, you wouldn’t know when to go to sleep because it looks like daytime.

If I could describe how it would be in the near the aric circle I would decribe it like it being really cold and you probably can't see where you are going.

If I lived in the Artic Circle and it was not dark for several days, I would not know when to go to sleep. I would just stay up till I got really tired then sleep and do the same thing, until the sun sets.

If I lived near the Artic Circle and it was always daytime, I think I would never be able to sleep again. Just like the lion in the Wizard of Oz, I would most likly have circles under my eyes from not sleeping in weeks.

If I lived in an artic circle, and there was a non stop sun I would hate it because then it would be hard to fall a sleep because it would be all sun light

If we lived in the Actic Circle and it was daytime all the time I would tell my dad we are moving to california and in newport beach on 16th street! Or if my dad just said your crazy and went back in the igloo then would stay up intill I just fell asleep!

If we lived on the Artic Circle and there was no sunset, it would be difficult to fall asleep. Falling asleep would be hard because it would always be sunny outside but, you would still have to go to bed.

If we lived on the Artic Circle it was constantly day time and never night,I think it would be hot all day.You would never know what time to go to sleep and you wouldn't fell tired at all because the sun makes you feel like you have a lot of energy.

If I lived near the Arctic Circle after June 21, I would not think the sun never setting would be very fun. Sure you could go outside late at night, but you wouldn’t know when to wake up, and it would be pretty hard to go to sleep.

If the sun doesn’t set near the Arctic Circle, we will not know when to go home unless you would check you phone. Also, it would be hard to sleep if you don’t have blinds.

If we lived on the Arctic Circle and it was constantly daylight, I think it would be fun. It also could be miserable because you couldn't sleep unless you are a heavy sleeper.

If I lived on the Artic Circle and the sun would never get to sunset, I would stay up as late as I could. I would stay up as late as I could because you can play outside at one in the morning and still, you could see around you just like it is sunny out. The hard part is when you want to go to bed because it is still sunny outside. To me, that sounds a lot of fun and so if it does happen, I will be prepared.

I would think it would be a bit hot and and more cold there because the sun is hot and the artic circle is cold.

Due to the summer solstice(June 21) the sun will cause the days to be longer and the nights to be shorter. I enjoy this time because it means we are awake later than our bed times (9:00). It is also fun because we stay outside late playing in the alley with our neighbors.

If the summer solstice came to a place were it is constantly sunny and never night time, it would be weird for the people who live there. It would be weird for the people who live there because they barely see night because it is always day.

If I lived near the Arctic Circle and we would have summer solstice it would not be good. The reason why it would be bad is if you lived in a different area you wouldn't be use to it and it would be hard to fall a sleep because of the sun is always shinning bright.

If we lived on the arctic circle. and it was constantly day all the time. then it wolud be bad

If we lived in the Artic Circle and it was never night, then I would be upset that I wouldn’t get any sleep. Also, people would not know what time to go to bed and might stay awake through the whole night.

It would be crazy! It would be crazy because everything would be backwards. Nocturnal animals would have to adapt to the sun, humans would have to sleep during the day, and we would never see the moon again.

If we lived in the Artic Circle and we never had a sunset, I would be very sad because that means no sleep. I could not sleep and even if I tried it would be very unlikely to sleep.

If we lived on the Artic Circle and it was constantly day time and never night, it would be horrible. It would be horrible because you would never be able to see the stars and the moon at night. Also, because you will never get to see the beautiful Sun set.

If there was no sunset I would be really scared because you won't beable to see and what if you trip over sommething and you fall and hit your head or something like that. Everybody will fall all the time and the hospital will have too many patients then the doctors will lose their patients.
