How do you like to stay fit?

It is important for every one of us to exercise and stay fit. Write two sentences describing your favorite activity that helps you stay physically fit.

My favorite way to stay fit and heathly is to play soccer every Tuesday ,Thursday, and some Saturdays. It really helps me stay heathly.

My favorite way to stay fit, is to play ping pong with my dad. He's ben going a lot harder on me so he makes me move around a lot now. He especially likes slamming the ball on me to get a point.

One of the ways I like to keep fit would be runnning or riding my bike at the Newport Back Bay. Another way I like to keep fit would be swimming around my grandmother's pool.

The way I like to stay fit is to go on my trampoline for 60 minutes everyday. I try to get my homework done first then go on but my sisters don't stop bugging me to go on with them. So I go on with them for like 10 minutes then go back to doing my homework.

An activity that I do before bed some nights, is do as many sit ups as I can. After that I sometimes do some yoga.

My favorite activities to get exercise outside are three thing's. I like to play baseball, basketball, and hockey. I like those because I have played them all my life and I enjoy to play outside with friends. (Also, It is fun to win.)

My favorite way to stay fit is to ride my bike. I like to ride with my friends and family. Sometimes we ride to the beach and get milkshakes on the board walk.

My favorite way to stay fit is running and walking home. I enjoy running because I like doing things fast and running helps me get to places quicker. however, I am not a long distance runner so I can't run for a long time.

The things that make me stay fit and exercise is a lot of things but I will tell you my favorite things. First thing that is traveling basketball which last four months and pratice all week and play games on the weekend. On the other hand, when I don't play basketball I surf all day if the waves are good but I also eat good foods like fruit.

I stay fit, by riding a bike and just anything skate, surf, snow, and BMX it’s all excursive. Also, I do Yoga at my house with my mom and dad.

Well how to stay fit you should,Eat healthy like friut and drink water and all the other stuff. Also you should work out, go to the gym and run alot don't just lay in bed eating pizza hut and twinnkies all day. PS. when you try to stay fit do it and have fun!

My favorite activity to help me stay fit is, piggyback rides. During fitness at soccer practice, you have to pick a partner and get on their back. Then, when they make it to the line you drop your partner and run to the other line. Finally, you pick the other person up and do the same thing.

I jog a lot with my mom and my sister. Sometimes we will go hiking for a long time. Once we walked to the one that was longer wich was fun. I love to excercise!

My favorite activity to do to stay fit is wrestling. I like to wrestle because it is fun to be twisted in different ways from brothers. Also, I wrestle because my brothers always practice wrestling on me.
