Back to School Transition
When you have been off of school for a week, it can be difficult to transition back into the routine of being a 5th grader. What is something that you enjoy at Newport Heights that helps you get excited about coming back to school?

After a whole week of not going to school, I look forward to doing the morning blog, because there is an interesting question everyday. A.R because I enjoy reading, also I look forward to seeing my friends at play practice.
After break, it is always hard to come back to school. One thing that makes me feel excited about coming back to school is seeing my friends, because we always have so much fun and we are usually apart on breaks.
Something that helps me get exicted for school is seeing my friends. Also for this week I'm exicted to go to school because I do not have to wear a boot.
Something that helps me get excited about coming back to school after Spring Break is doing AM and AR. I enjoy these activities because math and reading are my two favorite subjects. I am excited to be back at school.
One thing that excites me is my A.R. books, my friends, and my teacher. These things make me excited because I don't see my friends very offen and teacher and I also don't get to read my A.R. book.
It can be difficult to transition back into the routine of being a fifth grader. One thing that got me back into the groove and made me excited about coming back to school was AM and AR.
After going on spring break for a week getting back into the routine is sometimes hard for me. Although something that I enjoy about coming back to school is doing A.R. in the classroom and visiting the library.
The thing I look forward to before coming back to school is the blog. I like the blog because you get to talk about something that you like or did, and you get to read other peoples’ posts.
The thing that makes me want to go back to school is typeing the blog, it makes want to go back to school because i want people to see my opinon. A.R because i love reading a lot it teaches me new things.
When I've been out of school for a week, it would be hard to go back in the routine. On the other hand I would be happy to come back to school to do math because it's my favorite subject.
The thing that that helps me get back to school is playing with my friends at recess and lunch. I also like to post the blog and hear the joke of the day. Futhermore, I love to do P.E. and thats on Mondays so I don't have to wait till another day.
When I come back to school from a break I look forward to seeing all my friends. I also look forward to doing A.M. and A.R. The third thing I look forward to is seeing Mr. Del Real and Miss. Fish.
After break, the thing that I look forward to is seing my friends. Also, I look forward to do A.M. The last thing I look forward to is hanging out with Miss Fish.

After that break, I think the hardest thing for me is catching up on all the math, reading, and social studies. Except the thing I like most about coming back, I always look forward to coming back, seeing my friends, teachers, and going home again.

When I know it’s Sunday and that we have school the next day, I usually try to enjoy the rest of the day but what gets me in the excited mood is to think of all the fun stuff we can do like the blog in the morning and A.R. and A.M. because these are things that I enjoy at school. I enjoy school and I love everything but I mostly like the things that I explained
