April Showers Bring May Flowers
April showers are said to bring May flowers. Pretend that you are a flower. Write a thank you note to the rain showers. (HINT: Think about the plant systems that you learned about in science).

Dear April showers, Thank you for the rain to help me grow into a strong flower. Without you, I'd be drooping and dead right now because my xylem wouldn’t have any water or nutrients to take to my leaves. Without my xylem working, my phloem won’t work either.

Thank you April showers for bringing May flowers. We really appreciate your showers which make us grow up strong and healthy. Also, without your help we would be dieing because our xylem would not be able to spread all the nutrients to our leaves.
Dear April showers, Thank you for coming and raining over the ground. If you hadn't come I would be dead right now because I dont have an owner. You saved my entire field of flowers from sure disaster just like you did last you and the year before that. However, how come I'm sending this letter to you shouldn't it go to the water cycle?
I if was a flower and had to write a thank-you letter to the rain, it would look like this: Dear April's showers, Thank you so much for raining on me. If you didn't, I would probably be dead by now. Also with you raining it didn't just help me you helped the earth. Once again thank you for being an important part in being water cycle by, giving us rain.
Thank you for giving me water. Without it, I wouldn’t be in such a good condition! All my other friends thank you, too. My leaves are full of water, so that means my Xylem is working! Also, I need that nutrients you bring me. Plus, I need my Xylem for my Phloem to work. Don't forget, without your rain I wouldn't be able to go through the process of Photosynthesis!

Dear April showers, Thank you for making me grow nice and tall from your rain. A bee came today, he wasn't nice...Anyway thank you for the rain it was very helpful. Also, it made the bees go away for a while. I laughed as they got drooped on. not like I don't like them, but they aren't very nice to me.
