Michelle Kwan
Compare Michelle Kwan's determination with Warren Faidley's in Eye of the Storm. How are they alike? How are they different? Use a "quote" from Michelle Kwan to support your response.
Michelle Kwan and Warren Faidley are alike because they both never give up. They are different because Warren is a storm photographer and Michelle is a figure skater. Here is and example from eye of the storm from page 62, "Carefully, he reached up and closed the shutters on the cameras. Then he looked down at his palms and sawthat they were covered with blood." Here is one way they are alike is that they never give up even when they fail many times they still continue trying and if they both didn’t they probably wouldn’t have this book I just read. A way they are different is that Michelle Kwan needs to do actually need to do movements and practices three hours a day and one competition a week and Warren Faidly doesn’t have to make as much movements and he works 24, 7 and takes at least 3 weeks to get a picture.
